Biggest Loser Contest Employee Biggest Loser Contest - Let's Get Healthy!

This year we decided to have a company wide "Biggest Loser Contest" in order to promote a healthy lifestyle among our employees. The winner will be the employee with the largest overall percentage of weight lost. Any employee who beats our boss, Ryan, will also be a winner. Our employees have compiled a list of their favorite healthy foods, exercises and other weight loss tips and tricks.

Healthy Foods:
Exercise Tips:
"My favorite tool for running, jogging and walking is the Map My Run app. It records your distance, time and routes and saves them. You can see how many miles you have done in a year, month, week. I use it a lot for training for the 1/2 marathon, but I also use it when I walk the dog." - Ashley B.
"I don't like working out. It's not fun. It helps when you have something to keep your mind off of exercising. I've been biking while I'm watching the Wild games and Games of Thrones on TV. A full episode is an hour so I've been getting about 25 miles in instead of just sitting on the couch." - Evan P.
"Find a way to make exercising fun. If you don't like running, don't run. You can go for a bike ride, take your dog for a walk, dance, or join a sports team. Personally I like doing fitness videos at my home instead of going to the gym and working out in front of other people. I have also joined some adult volleyball leagues to stay active." - Jana S.
Healthy Tips:
"My biggest thing is to remember 'most times you are not hungry, you are just dehydrated.' So drink water! Lots of water!" - Ashley B.
"Find someone to help motivate you. It's easier to stay focused when you have a team behind you eat healthy and work out." - Jana S.
