The standard finishing for vinyl banners is heat welded hems and grommets every 2-4 feet around the perimeter. If your banner is over 32 square feet and will be outdoors, we recommend reinforced hems and corners for extra durability. You can also get pole pockets (can't do pole pockets and reinforced hems or reinforced corners).

How to Start Designing a Baseball Banner Template

We will be using Full Color Vinyl Banners in this example. You will need to select your banners height and width from the drop down menus. You will then select the quantity of banners you will need (of the same artwork file). You will then select the banner add-ons.

How to Order Shape Cut Wall Graphics
You will need to contact a graphic designer to order shape cut wall graphics. When you contact a graphic designer, you should have the following information ready:

• Size of wall graphic
• Quantity of wall graphics
• What you want the wall graphic to say
• Any artwork you want on the wall graphic available

Once you have the information ready, you can email them, or call 320.965.9300.

After they receive your information, they will put together a design for you. They will email you a proof containing the artwork, billing and shipping information and production times. How to Order Bowed Flags

Step by Step Instructions on How to Order a Flying Banner Display

Bowed Flags, or Flying Banner Displays are outdoor fabric flags. They are commonly used to draw attention to a business, a sales event or a grand opening. They are printed on a lightweight mirror fabric material and come in three different shapes with several different bases. We have Rectangle Flags, Razor Flags and Tear Drop Flags. Each product will display the sizing, pricing and template information.

How to Order Bowed Flags
Bowed flags have a curved shape, so we do not offer a design online option for this product. You will need to work with one of our graphic designers / customer service representatives. You can either have your flag designed for you, or you can design the file yourself using our templates.

About the Flying Banner Display Templates
The templates are a PDF file that you can download from our website. The template will have three lines, the bleed area, the finished size and the safe area.

About the Bleed Area:
The bleed area is fabric that will be printed, but is used for finishing the product. You should have your background colors and images extend into this area.

About the Finished Size Area:
The finished size is the area of the flag that is still visible after the finishing. You should have your background colors and images extend into this area.

About the Safe Area:
The safe area is the area where your flags content will appear. It is important that you keep all logos, images and text within this area or you won't be able to see it after finishing.You must convert all fonts to outlines and images must be embedded.

There are five main types of banners that Banners.com offers. Vinyl Banners, No Curl Banners, Mesh Banners, Canvas Banners and Fabric Banners.  All banners can be ordered online by picking a template to customize, uploading a file or working with a graphic designer.

About Vinyl Banners

Vinyl Banners are printed on high quality 13 oz scrim vinyl. The banner material is rated for indoor and outdoor use. Vinyl Banners are digitally printed and can be up to 16 feet by 50 feet without seams. The standard finishing option is heat welded hems and grommets placed every 2-4 feet around the banner perimeter. Additional finishing options include pole pockets, reinforced hems and reinforced corners. You can order full color banners or text only banners. Full color banners can have  unlimited text, clip art, backgrounds and photographs. Text only banners have a white background with colored text and is our lowest cost banner option.

About No Curl Vinyl Banners
No curl vinyl banners are digitally printed in full color on a 14 oz vinyl banner material. This material is commonly used for high end displays and banner stands. The no curl banners can only be cut to size. They do not include hems, but you can add grommets to the banner.

About Mesh Banners
Mesh Banners are digitally printed in full color on 10 oz scrim vinyl. The material has criss-crossed fibers that allows some air to go through the material. You can see through the material to some extent, but you can still see the printed graphics. This material is used outdoors in windy locations instead of putting wind slits in vinyl banners. Mesh banners can be up to 16 feet by 50 feet without seams. Standard finishing is heat welded hems and grommets. Additional finishing options are pole pockets, reinforced hems and reinforced corners. They are commonly used around sports fields as a screen or for advertisements.
