This is my first time with banners and I am glad I purchased it from Banners.com!!! The banner customization on the website was very useful and fun, and the feedback from Customer Service was both educating and accommodating - allowing you to make changes and ask questions.

I had questions about the hems on the banner thinking that they would hinder the design and Matt G., a Customer Service Representative, informed me professionally and thoroughly on why keeping the hems would be a wise choice to keep it durable from ripping and that it wouldn't mess with the design - He also kindly told me that could still order it with out the hems if I still wanted to- Now that I have all 4 banners here I'm glad I made the choice to keep the hems!
