Customer Banner Review

Here's what one of our customers, Mike, had to say about his Banners.com order:
To whom it may concern:
I recently ordered a banner from your company and wanted to take the time to pass the following information to you.  This is the first time that I have dealt with your company and due to the customer service that I received from Jayne Haglin, Banners.com will be the first place that I go to for any future orders for banners or similar products.  Every inquiry that I made, whether by phone or e-mail, was promptly and professionally answered.  What was surprising to me was that even though I was only ordering one item that was not very expensive, Jayne treated me as if I was a longtime customer that routinely made large purchases.  Additionally, when my order was lost by the company hired to deliver the banner, Jayne quickly investigated the problem, discussed the issue with her manager and had the problem corrected.  If Jayne is any indication of the type of personnel that work at your company, you are extremely lucky.
