Banners.com Goal: Great Customer Service for all Customers

At Banners.com we strive for our customers to have a great experience. The majority of our orders are placed online, but we have a team of customer service representatives and graphic designers available for people who have questions or need help with their order.

Product Knowledge
We have an extensive product line, but all of our staff is trained to know what the materials are, what the products finishing options are and what they are commonly used for.

I had ordered a banner and the proof looked good, and I approved it. Upon receiving the banner, it looked nothing like the proof and the quality was awful.  I immediately contacted Erica and explained the situation.  I sent her pictures of the problem and the patch we used in the banner.  She immediately came up with a design (that I was trying to achieve) and emailed it to me.  It looked beautiful and professional.  She was amazing and helpful.

This banner is for the Cops on Top Charity hike to honor all the officers killed in the line of duty for each state.  It is a Memorial hike done where the highest peak in each state is climbed on the exact same day in all 50 states to honor the fallen officers.  My father in laws name is on the banner and it needs to be perfect for these men who gave their lives.

Erica was wonderful, and I just think you should know.  Customer service is not what it used to be... but it was dealing with Erica.
