• The best part of waking up is? Well, I would say Folgers in my cup, but I don't drink coffee. So I would say knowing it's the weekend and I don't have to be anywhere right away
• If you have 30 minutes of free time, how do you pass the time? Thinking about what I should do to pass the time
• What is your favorite product that we sell? I bought some framed canvases last year, but they were for other people so I don't have pics. They turned out great and everyone loved them! I need to get some for myself, but I can't decide what to print on it.

Anthony answered a few questions for us:

• Favorite Food: Fettuccine Alfredo with Vegetables
• Favorite Song: Face Down by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
• If you could pick a super power, what would it be? The ability to speak with animals, because I believe that we as humans do not put enough value on the needs of the many other inhabitants of our ecosystem; this would allow me to give them a voice that can be heard
• If you could pick anyone in history as a mentor, who would it be and why? Steve Jobs as he was a pioneer in the technology industry and his visions have impacted many of the industries that I am very interested and invested in.
• When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? I always wanted to be a Game Programmer / Designer.
• What is your favorite product that we sell? The 3M Control Tac, because I love the versatility of die-cutting decals for specific design usages. Also, the versatility and ease of 3M makes it especially attractive. That being said, I have only purchased it once, as a gift for my brother's business.

• Favorite Color: Purple
• Favorite Song: Ashes of Eden by Breaking Benjamin
• If you could pick a super power, what would it be? I would have the power to pick a different power every day. Really mess with the system :P
• The best part of waking up is? Folgers in your cup! JK! The best part is waking up and being able to live another day. Couldn't ask for more than that!
• What is a talent of yours? I can have a conversation with literally ANYONE
• If you have 30 minutes of free time, how do you pass the time? I usually read or watch Netflix. I'm trying to get back into drawing again as well. 
• What is your favorite product that we sell? The framed canvas wall art. I have no purchased any yet, but I will in the near future!

• Favorite Color: I love all pastel colors
• Favorite Book: The Little Prince
• Favorite Animal: I am a dog and cat person, though I've been having dreams that I have a pet sloth. It might be a sign that I should get one. Just Kidding!
• If you could pick anyone in history as a mentor, who would you pick and why? Bruce Lee. So I can always defend myself.
• The best part of waking up is? Seeing my two sons' sleeping faces. They're so cute!
• Earliest Childhood Memory: When I was 5, I used to hang out with my mom's employees and I ask them what they have for lunch and mooch off of them. i told you I like food!
• What is your favorite product that we sell? My favorite is our Calendared Vinyl Decals! I am going to be purchasing some for my car and my husband's car!

Dear Christianna:

It gives me great pleasure and joy to take a moment to thank you for your outstanding customer service on a few last minute projects with New Jersey Primary Care Association. I was so thrilled with your willingness to spend hours with us creating, editing, modifying, advising and listening to us vent as our vision for a few projects evolved.

Since we are nonprofit, we are often limited with funding. For this reason, we were last minute on this request, but were ecstatic to bring the banners project to life. When we received news of funding sponsorship for this project, we came to you with full energy and a million ideas. You got us under control, worked directly with us, magically took over our computer screens with your software and were so so so patient!!!!!

NJPCA serves a healthcare community who works with the uninsured, homeless, veterans, migrant farm workers and often those that are not treated with the greatest of respect. These banners helped us put on the best Annual Conference ever and truly showed how much professionalism and pride these providers have for their work.

We will be coming back to Banners.com again….free up your schedule!!!!! Endless thanks to you Christianna. You are customer service excellence!!!! I owe you a coffee!

We are a member of Reseller Ratings, so you can see what some customers have said there (or leave your own comments). Here's a comment from a customer:

I had ordered a banner and the proof looked good, and I approved it. Upon receiving the banner, it looked nothing like the proof and the quality was awful.  I immediately contacted Erica and explained the situation.  I sent her pictures of the problem and the patch we used in the banner.  She immediately came up with a design (that I was trying to achieve) and emailed it to me.  It looked beautiful and professional.  She was amazing and helpful.

This banner is for the Cops on Top Charity hike to honor all the officers killed in the line of duty for each state.  It is a Memorial hike done where the highest peak in each state is climbed on the exact same day in all 50 states to honor the fallen officers.  My father in laws name is on the banner and it needs to be perfect for these men who gave their lives.

Erica was wonderful, and I just think you should know.  Customer service is not what it used to be... but it was dealing with Erica.
