Step by Step Instructions on How to Make a Football Banner

There are lots of ways you can use football banners. They can be used to display your football team rooster, your football schedule and at the game to direct people to the bathrooms or concession stands. But, how do you make a football banner? At Banners.com we make it easy to get a custom football banner. We have football banner templates already built for you to customize by adding text, clip art, backgrounds and photographs. Step 1: Choose Banner Size and Quantity
The first step is to choose your banner size and quantity from the drop down menu. You can get any banner size up to 16 feet by 50 feet.

Step 2: Choose the Banner Add Ons / Finishing Options
The standard finishing for vinyl banners is heat welded hems and grommets every 2-4 feet around the perimeter. Football banners are typically used outdoors at the games, so if the banner is over 32 square feet and you want extra durability, we recommend reinforced hems and reinforced corners. You can also get pole pockets if you want to hang your banner using poles (please note we can't do both pole pockets and reinforced hems or reinforced corners).

How to Start Designing a Football Banner Template
When you find a template that you want to customize, put your mouse over the template and click on the "Customize Template" button. This will take you into the online designer. All of the templates are fully customizable.

In the online designer you can add text, add clip art, upload images and add backgrounds. In order to select these options, click on the buttons at the top of the designer. Click here for more information on how to use the online designer.

We have football clip art available for you to use. Click on the "Add CLIPART" button. This will open up a pop up of all of our clip art. Scroll down until you see the "Football" category and click on it to view the images. Click on an image to add it to your design.

We have football backgrounds available for you to use. Click on the "Add BCKGND" button. This will open up a pop up of all of our backgrounds. Scroll down until you see the "Football Background" category. Click on it to view all the football background images. Click on a background and click the "Insert Background" button to add it to your design.

Once you have finished designing your banner, you can either click on the "Save for Later" button or the "Accept Design" button to begin the checkout process.
